Shipping
Processing time. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are usually picked the same day. Everything else is processed the next business day. You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery time. Standard delivery runs three to seven business days for the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer.
Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on orders over $49. Under that, the rate is calculated at checkout from the weight and dimensions of your cart.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. If you need delivery elsewhere, write to support@newbulig.net before ordering.
Returns
30-day window. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The product should be in the condition you received it, with original packaging where possible.
How to start. Email support@newbulig.net with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send return instructions and a return address.
Refunds. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow five to ten business days for it to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong item. If something arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Warranty
All NEWBULIG products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers failures in normal use — it does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. Claims are handled by email with your order number.
